Wow, I never thought about this idea before. You make a really good point about tables folding into halves or even quarters. Also well done on including a picture and putting your text into an interesting box.
What features would you have in your house? I would make sure to have self-watering plant walls and a TV that pops out. Keen to hear your ideas.
